Lesley van Zyl – for having the strength to take on anything. This year, Lesley embodied the strength to challenge her body, open a new business and actively encourage those around her.
Valerie Eve – for building unity through community. Creating a supportive and encouraging environment, Valerie helped fellow Tribers with their Cape Town Cycle Tour training.
Marnell Woods – for exercising the pride to do what makes her happy. “Will this make me happy” was the go-to Marnell used each time she needed to make a decision this year which helped her effectively work towards living a happily life.
Annelize van Zyl – for performing at events and pushing comfort zones. From losing 20 kg to stepping onto podiums, Annelize positively shifted her life towards her cycling goals.
Megan Kotzee – for being the most supportive of attending Dirt Addict events throughout the year. Nothing was going to stop Megan from attending this year’s Dirt Addict events, showing her support and bring her positive vibe.
Mindful Healing – for being this year’s Dirt Addict Members’ favourite partner. Personality goes a long way in providing service and this rang true when Dirt Addict voted for Vera from Mindful Healing as their favourite Dirt Addict Partner of the year.
Julie Schubart – for visually promoting Dirt Addict by proudly wearing Dirt Addict kit whenever possible. Nothing says “we love Dirt Addict” more than showing off Dirt Addict apparel everywhere.
Channette Bantjies – nominated for showing bravery, courage and grit. Channette explored a new adventure in the form of BMX racing and has fully shown that nothing should get in your way of pursuing what you want to do. Go get it, girl!
Zania Steyn – for showing courage to be her authentic self. This year, Zania showed acceptance for herself, her challenges and found the courage to share it with those around her.
Megan Kotzee – for having the strength to take on anything. A newbie to cycling, Megan showed the strength to pour her love into the sport, and challenge herself to new and exciting boundaries.
Michelle de Villiers – for building unity through community. Stepping up and out of her own comfort zone, Michelle encouraged those around her to join on social training rides.
Megan Kotzee – for exercising the pride to do what makes her happy. Fighting her busy day-to-day work schedule, Megan found the pride to move past her responsibilities and towards the things that make her happy.
